RULES and REGULATIONS


Welcome! This property is privately-owned and the management enforces the following rules and regulations to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Your cooperation with the other guests/visitors and the management will be greatly appreciated. Be considerate and remember that any violation of our rules and regulations may make eviction necessary. As the adults responsible for the safety and welfare of the children, we think that you will find these rules helpful. Please take a moment to review them and share the information with your group.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • Alcoholic beverages, tobacco & cigarettes will not be sold to minors 18 years old and below
  • Boys are not allowed in the ladies shower/dressing room. All guests should maintain cleanliness of the comfort/dressing rooms.
  • Right Conduct. We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace at the resort.
  • Any person caught vandalizing; damaging any/all of the resort facilities, furniture, fixtures, plants, etc. shall be subject to a fine as the resort may prescribe or the filing of criminal charges.
  • Loud music is not allowed between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please minimize sound / music since other guests may be sleeping. The volume of music will have to be lowered after the first complaint. We may have to ask the guest to turn off the sound system after a second complaint.
  • Please clean up after yourselves. We try to keep our beach and resort as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins, including cigarette butts. We practice trash segregation and recycling. Please place the trash in the respective bins.
  • All resort properties such as utensils, china wares, equipments, plants, etc. shall not be taken out. Any person will be charged at least double the value of any property of the resort which is damaged/lost/taken by guest/visitors. Guests are not allowed to remove any movable property of the resort without permission.
  • Use of prohibited drugs, misbehavior, fighting within the resort premises, use of profane or insulting languages are strictly prohibited. Horseplay, rough play and unnecessary noise are not permitted within the resort premises.
  • Please notify any of our staff of any problem that we can correct inside the restroom/shower room.

    SWIMMING RULES
  • Every person must take a shower first before entering the swimming pool and wash his feet each time he re-enters the pool. Persons suffering from infectious. Communicable or contagious diseases are not permitted to use the pool.
  • Metals, hard and large plastic materials, glass items and other things which are hazardous in nature are not allowed in the pool. Eating/drinking/smoking within the pool area is not permitted. If the pool must be drained because of broken glass or other prohibited material, the responsible guest will be liable for the cost involved.
  • Management assumes no responsibility for any untoward accidents at the pool or within the resort property or damage to or loss of personal property or automobiles, or for any missing child and injuries/death cause to any person.
  • Parents/guardians are always responsible for the good conduct and safely of their children while in the resort premises. Children under 8 years are not permitted to use t he pool unless accompanied by his parents/adult at all times.
  • Parents and guardians must provide their own baby-sitters for children below 4 years of age. No employee of the resort shall be asked by a parent to feed/accompany their child/children anywhere. Any sick/problem child must be attended to by their parents and when necessary be taken away from the pool.
  • Parents will be responsible for the replacement of any item/s damaged by their children. Children who cause disturbance or annoyance to other children will be asked to leave the swimming pool. Any toy/item entered in by child which is considered dangerous by the management may be confiscated from the child and returned to the parents.
  • Let’s observe cleanliness in our surroundings and throw away waste in the garbage can. BE A FRIEND AND HELP KEEP THE RESTROOMS CLEAN. Parents should accompany their children to the restrooms and showers. Do not wash dishes or pots and pans inside the restrooms. Heavy-duty sinks are located outside the restrooms for this purpose.
